Warranty & Shipping
25 Dials certifies a 6 month repair warranty should the watch not work as it was described in the description at the time of sale. Due to the nature of vintage watches, it is expected for owners to treat the watch accordingly to minimize damage. Each watch is inspected and certified as working before shipment and it is advised that no vintage watch should ever be submerged or exposed to water. The warranty card included in the sale of the watch must be presented to discuss any problems with the watch. Contact Sales@25dials.com to begin your warranty process.
Each watch listed on 25 Dials comes with a 2 day try on period that starts when the watch is delivered where the buyer may try on the watch to decide if they would like to keep it or not. We encourage the buyer to try on the watch and inspect the watch in detail, we find this very important when purchasing vintage watches. Should the watch be misrepresented, the buyer may ship the watch back. Postage will be covered by the buyer and the watch must be in it's original condition to warrant a full refund when inspected after arrival. Standard refund times are 2-10 business days.
All orders must first be approved by the fraud detection service before shipping. All order will be shipped within 1 business day.
