Return Policy / Try On Period
Each watch purchased from 25 Dials comes with a 2 day try on period that starts when the watch is delivered where the buyer may try on the watch to decide if they would like to keep it or not. We encourage the buyer to try on the watch and inspect the watch in detail, we find this very important when purchasing vintage watches. Should you change your mind or should the watch not meet your expectations, the buyer may ship the watch back. Postage will be covered by the buyer and the watch must be in it's original condition to warrant a full refund when inspected after arrival. Standard refund times are 2-10 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
