Case: Made of 18K solid gold measuring 26.5mm width x 40mm height; 4.5mm thickness. The watch has remained in unpolished condition with its original bevels still sharp.

Dial & Hands: This original Patek Philippe champagne dial features a roman numeral dial with a highly collectible sigma notation on the 6 o'clock side which was in production for only a short amount of time. The dial is very clean with no blemishes or damage. 

Movement: Manual cal. 175 Movement No. 1174469

Bracelet/Strap: Comes with an original black Patek leather strap that shows slight signs of wear, set to fit wrists up to 7 1/2 inches
